Amulet of the Raven Queen

This ebony necklace has shape of a tiny raven with outstretched wings.

While being attuned to this item, everytime a fail of death saving throw cause you to die, you don't die and regain 1 hit point instead. When this happens, number of failed death saving throws required for you to die, decreases by 1 (to minimum of 0).

(Using this amulet associates with great responsibility, as its effects are irreparable. The Raven Queen gives it to her mightest servants, who passes it on when they can no longer make usage out of it.)

Notes: (1. Yes, you can unbind it and pass it on to another character 2. This item does not protect you from effects that kill you without forcing you to make death saving throws (ex. Power Word Kill) 3. The negative effect of this item stays with you forever which means even if you die and become resurrected with spell like True Resurrection, the negative effect still occurs) , Necklace
