Amulet of Durability

All gear, armor, weapons, and accessories cannot be broken or loose durability while this Amulet of Durability is equipped.  All magic items keep their abilities and cannot be taken away with a spell, DM decision, or any other viable means.  All weapons stay sharp and do not lose their keen edge regardless of use or spells.  Weather cannot affect and deteriorate a players gear while amulet is equipped.  Magic items with charges or other known characteristics that cause the item to disappear from the player are no longer in affect; however items that have preconditioned requirements to recover charges (and similar properties) are still in effect.
