When not being worn it resembles a bronze breastplate with bird wings coming out of it. When being worn the wearer is transformed into a raptor wearing full-body and wing armor (a raptor is a bird that is specially evolved to eat meat ex: falcon, hawk, eagle). It allows the wearer to transform into any raptor as long as there is enough room to transform. When put on it turns you into a raptor it's default is peregrine falcon but it can turn into and raptor. It also is highly portable and when you press a button in the center of it, it will turn into a ring that has two small wings poking out of it and, when you put it on it has the effects of putting it on in armor mode. It also can remember the first person to put it on and can remember your last transfiguration.
This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
