Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Ranger)
One of the three parts of the Fey Queen's Armaments. These magic imbued boots bless the wearer with increased speed and the ability of quick teleportation.
While attuned to the Fey Treaders, the wearer's base walking speed increases by 20ft and difficult terrain does not hinder the wielder's movement.
The Fey Treaders have 6 charges and regain 1d4+2 charges at Dawn. As a bonus action, the wielder can expend 1 charge to teleport up to 30ft to an unoccupied space they can see within range.
