Alchemist's Pipe

This enchanted pipe was carved by a halfling adventurer that was too curious for his own good. Carved from dragon bone a series of runes are carved up and down the stem and bowl.

When used with a non-magical plant, the user can manifest the smoke into an effect similar to the visual component of minor illusion, however, the image still looks like smoke.

When used with a magical plant, the user can create an effect based upon the magical properties of the plant. Due to the nature of this process, these properties are reduced, and some of these plants might not be suited to be smoked, causing unintended side effects to the smoker. These effects can be applied to a target within 5 feet of the user.

Halflings have advantage against any constitution saving throws caused by this pipe. Creatures that do not breathe are unaffected by the pipe.
