Red R. Cane

Red R. Cane imbues the user with Fire magic. Gives user one charge of either Firebolt at a third level OR imbues weapon of choice with 1d10 fire damage for 30 minutes. The user has to roll a wild magic surge each round after using for 1 hour.

Roll after 1 hour  DC 13 con save (increases by one each time taken) to check for addiction.
