Gnomish contraption designed for use by the half-orc Petyrar Tanyth as a reward for slaying the white dragon and delivering an array of scales and magical materials from its body to Gnomengard as well as helping to reinforce the settlement. It is a morningstar fashioned with a bronze solid metal hilt with a long button above the handle, it has curved spikes on the head with one spike taking the form of a small grappling hook. When the button is fired the top spike of the morningstar fires out with a chain in tow burying itself in any surface/enemy in 10ft of the aimed direction. The engravings emanate a light yellow glow when looked at for long enough and the enchantments grant an advantage on dexterity throws when using the grappling hook for movement actions.
Proficiency with a Morningstar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
