Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement)
This sand-filled hourglass has a dial at the top with settings between 1 minute and 1 hour. You can use an action to set the time and turn over the hourglass. A mental alarm alerts you with a ping in your mind if you are within 1 mile of the hourglass when the time runs out.
