These goggles magically protect the user's eyes from light. Effects that blind using light have no effect on you. While wearing these goggles, creatures that have disadvantage on attack rolls in sunlight such as drow can see normally in the sun, and do not suffer disadvantage or any other negative effects caused by limited vision in sunlight. These goggles allow you to stare directly into the sun without any ill effects.

Spells that rely on sight to create an effect such as Hypnotic Pattern have no effect on you.
