Whenever you attack a creature that does not have all its hit points with this weapon, you deal an extra 1d4 of piercing damage
While wielding this dagger and underwater, you may use a bonus action to swim up to your speed towards a creature that does not have all of its hit points. If you end this movement within 5 feet of that creature, you may then make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
