An Emeraldine Focus

A Druidic Focus that could be confused for a stunning, perfectly round, apple sized gem of amazing value. At first glance, it appears there is a bright green emerald in the center encrusted by millions of tiny diamonds that sparkle luminously.

Upon closer inspection one easily sees that what appears as an Emerald is actually a blooming flower. Its large leaves bending densely into itself are vastly covered with crystals that shine and are mixed with tiny red hairs. The leaves wrap around golden seeds as if to cradle them like a mother carrying her babies hugging them tight with her arms. The golden shine is a reflection of the seeds and crystals against a thick coating of a green tinted hardened resin that surrounds the ever blooming flower of the sacred plant of Thro’s ancient wandering tribe, the Emeraldine plant.

A druid alone has the knowledge to be able to mold the resin that surrounds the Emaraldine flower, and in doing so retrieve the seeds or shape the resin into useful shapes. The tiny golden seeds magically spawn by the flower every time the flower witnesses the dawn of the sun. These seeds can be used to grow almost anything or can be used for various magical supplications. 

- A druid can take 25 seeds (expending 25 charges) together and plant them. With very special care and attention an Emeraldine plant can be grown. This plant takes weeks in very proper conditions and magically tending it will grow into a new flower.

- The seeds are edible. Eating a single seed (expending a single charge) is enough to be sustained for 1 meal, or 3 seeds (3 charges) to be sustained for a full day.

- A single seed can be planted and with druid crafting eventually will grow into the plant of their choice (in whatever time that it would normally take that plant to grow).

- The focus can be melded into different shapes and can even be used to hold objects together for a time. Each time the Focus is melded to an object or shaped into new shape a seed is seemingly destroyed (1 charge).
