This light armor grants a +2 to your Armor Class but the quality of the weave means it always carries at least a +1 enchantment. It appears as a cloth of silvery threads, but does not feel like metallic armor. Crafted by ancient immortal elves using methods now lost to the world of mortals, this armor can be worn under ordinary clothing or as an outer layer. It causes no restrictions in movement at all and causes no skill penalties.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
