The stone of Saint Citrina is an amber gem worth 2,000 GP that has been imbued with magic. It is a flat round of amber collected from the Tree of Life in the high dragon graveyard of Deadman's Mount. Originally collected and imbued by the Saint Citrina of the Pantheon of the Sun, it was passed down through generations and used by the Children of the Planets for trials and tribunals.
The stone is set in a gold amulet and chain forged in dragon fire and cooled in the waters of Lake Lost. If the chain is broken or destroyed, the stone casts Zone of Truth on everyone in the surrounding area. While the chain contains the stone, only the wearer is affected by the spell and the stone has no affect when in your possession.
This amulet is an artifact and relic of the Children of the Planets religion.
