An Eye for an Eye

Those bronze bracers have the ability to make any foe who dares to hurt you in a state of fear. Once per short rest, you can use your reaction on an ennemy who damage you and that is within 30 feet from you. The creature has to make a wisdom saving throw of the save DC of the user, or become frigthened of you for a minute. Your desire of vengeance is omnipresent within you. The charge reset every short rest.
