Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a No Restriction)
While attuned to this item:
- Once per turn, the user can add an additional 1d8 to one weapon attack that deals slashing damage.
- The user can attempt to rend a spell from the air. As a reaction to a spell being cast within 30 ft, the attuned can make a contested Intelligence(Arcana) check against the caster's spell save DC. If successful, the spell is countered otherwise the spell is cast as normal. This ability cannot be used again until the next dawn.
Curse:
- While attuned to this item, the white part of the user's eyes turns blood red. The attuned has a +2 to Charisma(Intimidation) checks and a -4 to Charisma(Persuasion) checks. The user of this item cannot willingly un-attune to this except by use of the Remove Curse spell. The curse can only be removed from the items by the effects of a Wish spell or a similar effect.
