Armor of the Phoenix King

The Armor of the Phoenix King was crafted by the best blacksmith in all of the nine hells. The armor is golden with red cloth hanging from the back like a cape. The cape has two holes perfectly fit for the pair of fiery wings stemming out from the back of the armor. The armor belongs to a genasi king known as the Phoenix King.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.

Notes: Each charge allows you to either explode with an AOE blast with a range of 15 ft doing 5d5 fire damage to all nearby enemies or fly 45 ft. The charges don't use actions but you can only use one charge per turn.
