Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
An Arbiter's Mask is worn by the sworn protectors of the Eternal Empire. The mask grows in strength with the Wearer and grants some unique Abilities.
Character Level 1: The masks power can be called upon to grant the wearer Supernatural Prowess in combat. Choose One; Attacks made for the next minute count as magical or Spells are cast at Advantage if you must roll a die to hit.
Charges: 1; Effect lasts for 1 combat encounter and recharges after a long rest.
Notes: The Arbiter's Mask can only be worn by the character it is attuned to. Only the Attuned may remove their mask.
