Avacynian Blade

This holy sword is enchanted with the divine power of Avacyn, its hilt is in the shape of her religious symbol. Swords in this design are commonly found in the hands of the Angels and Cathars, this one is of a particularly high quality.

This weapon has 5 charges and regains 1d4+1 expended charges after a long rest.

• While attacking an enemy, you may expend up to 5 charges to deal 1d8 damage for each charge, of your choice of radiant or fire damage.
• Spells that deal extra damage when attacks are made with this weapon (such as smites) can deal radiant or fire damage instead of their normal damage type. 
• If you're a spellcaster, you can use this as a spellcasting focus, and can cast spells with the hand(s) wielding this weapon
• You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
