Accumulator, Field Portable Skelma/ Mi-Go

The Field Portable Accumulator is the size of a large backpack and weighs 43 Lbs. It can recharge 6 Small Energy Bars at once or three Medium Energy Bars. The Accumulator has to be unfolded to work. Unfolded the Accumulator 4'x6' covered with veniers, sequence lights, two hand holds,  and a Jacobs ladder at each end. The quickest way to fill the Accumulator is to kill a sentient being holding the hand grips. The second way to fill the Accumulator is to throw electrical spells at the Jacob's Ladders. The electrical effects are captured in the ladders. The electrical spells must be 1st Level or above. The third way to fill the Accumulator is to place it in full sun, for each 6 hours in full direct sunlight one Small Energy is brought to full capcity.
