Adventurer's Compass

A small, folding compass (like a pocket watch) made of sturdy, worn silver, with a light blue face that lies beneath a glass cover. The accents of the compass star within are done in copper inlay with small opal chips at the four points.  Within the lid of the compass, the gnome word for "Light" is delicately carved into the finer silver found within. 

• When the compass is held, and the lid is open when the gnome word for light is spoken, the face of the compass will emit light as if a Light spell had been cast upon it, and the effect will last one hour, or until the compass is closed. This can be accomplished 4 times within a 24 hour period.
• This item will also function as a non-magical compass, granting advantage to Survival checks made to determine location and direction.
