A miniature model of a two-story adobe house. The bottom floor consists of a kitchen and living area. The second story consists of a bedroom and a balcony. The balcony has a set of stairs leading to the ground. The home is furnished with a fair amount of desert furnishings and tapestries, it provides good housing. The house also contains enough food and provisions for a week.
Rubbing the miniature causes it to take the form of a full-size house if there is a 25 ft by 25 ft space free around the miniature. Once the house is transformed it will stay full size until it is rubbed in the same location. Items within the house are shrunk and stored within the house and expand when the house is expanded. Reexpanded items maintain their function.
Damage done to the house in either form carries over.
Once the house is shrunk it cannot be reexpanded for 24 hours. If reexpansion is attempted before that 24 hour period the user will roll a d6, on a roll of 5 or 6 the house will expand.
