Acolyte's of the Black Rose prove their devotion by using this blade in blood rituals.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When the Acolyte's Blade is used to kill whoever is wielding the blade regains HP equal half the damage dealt by the killing blow. Any HP gained past max HP for the character becomes temp HP.

The Alcolyte's Blade is cursed. Anyone who holds the blade must pass a DC 18 Wis save or be unable to give up the blade. On a failed save, the player must make a second DC 14 Wis save, on a failure they take 1d4 slashing damage as they cut themself with the blade. On a crit fail, the character is compelled to attack a party member. The Wis saves must be made after each long rest. An identity spell will reveal the nature of the curse.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
