A harness with wings of wax and feather attached to the back.

Once attunement with this item is complete, the wings will spring to life with the flying strength of a bald eagle, and you will obtain the ability of flight.  You will have a flying speed of 120ft, but if you fly to an altitude over 10,000ft, and the wings will come undone under the harsh sun and you will fall.
