Alarming Chalk

This is a chunk of violently pink chalk.  It vibrates faintly when held.  This chalk can draw on any non-liquid surface.  When used to draw a line or circle, it acts as the Alarm spell, mentally alerting the drawer of the line if it is crossed.

Each chalk has enough to draw 20 feet of line.
