Adaptive gland

This red seed-like item grows into an organ inside the body of a creature that swallows it after ten hours, during which that creature is poisoned. If a creature de-attunes this item, they vomit up the dying organ, inside which another seed (another Adaptive gland) can be found.

As a reaction to taking fire, cold, lightning, acid, or poison damage, you may gain resistance to that damage type for one hour. You may only use this feature once per long rest.
