Arrowhead: Tumor

This small, fleshy bulb can be attached to an arrow in place of the arrow's head. When fired, greasy pus covers the ground in a 10-foot square centered on the point of impact and turns it into difficult terrain for the duration.
When the pus appears, each creature standing in its area must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.

The bulb will wither and become useless after 24 hours.
