Weapon (scimitar), artifact

Elven Craftsmanship The double-bladed scimitar is the signature weapon of the Goldurian elves. A haft of black metal with what seems to be missing gems support a long, white curving blade on either end with black runes emitting a bright white light. This blade is remarkable strong, sharp, and remarkably light.

Cold and Pointy. Anything - except the one attuned to the blade -  that touches the blade on the edges they take an additional 1d8 piercing damage.

Icy Cold. On a hit, the bearer can add a d6 of Cold damage by spending a charge. For each additional charge you can add an extra d6 of cold damage. Additionally you can cast Armour of Agathys at its base level on yourself without expending a spell slot, but using 2 charges.

Beacon. The bearer can use a bonus action to cause the item to shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet, or to extinguish the light.

Charges. This weapon has 3 charges that reset at dawn.

Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
