Aluskerym is an intelligent scimitar, whose blade appears to be made of river water with a handle made out of smooth stone. The scimitar’s blade shimmers like the surface of a rushing river. While attuned to the scimitar, you can use an action to speak a command word and summon a water elemental, as if you had cast the conjure elemental spell. The sword can't be used this way again until after the next dawn
