Amulet of the Frost Tortle

Thought lost to the Frozen Tundras centuries past, the Amulet of the Frost Tortle was worn by Frogon, Chieftan of the Lost Tribe. As legend has it, only a true descendant of Frogon can wield its power. 

Frost Shell-

The amulet has 1d4 charges of Frost Shell. When cast the wearer will develop a thick coating of Frost over their shell. This will increase the wearers AC +10 for 5 turns. All charges will be returned following a long rest or 4 hour mediation. 

Claws of Frozen Fury-All unarmed attacks, while wearing the amulet, will add an additional 2d8 frost damage.
