Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)

This amulet has the power to return magic to an item such as a seeker dart or gem of brightness that has a strictly limited number of uses. If the item would be destroyed after a given number of uses, then you can choose up to 1d8 of that item (minimum of 2). The chosen items are no longer destroyed upon use, but require you to take a long rest in order to be used in that way again, upon which they regain their powers. If the item becomes nonmagical after being used a given number of times, it regains expended charges upon finishing a long rest.

Restore. If you reach the spot where a magic item was destroyed within an hour, you can restore it to existence. The item reappears in an unoccupied space within 5 ft. of where it was destroyed. This property cannot be used on a magic item such as the Staff of the Forgotten One or soul coin that is powered by an unwilling soul or is capable of trapping a soul inside. This property has a number of uses based on the rarity of the item that is recreated, regaining all expended properties upon finishing a long rest.
