This magical arrow looks unremarkable with the exception of the glass like arrowhead glistening with blue like shimmer. The arrow leaves a trail of frost behind it after being shot, causing the attack to deal an additional 1d8 cold damage on a hit. Whether the attack hits or misses, the arrow shatters after the attack and can no longer be used.
