Arcane Topaz (Psychic)

A remnant of the Rod of Rulership, this topaz is filled with arcane energy and softly glows blue. When you use an action to break the gem, the energy inside is released and all creatures within 30ft take 9(2d8) of psychic damage. They are also stunned for 1 round unless they make an DC 16 intelligence saving throw. After using, the gem's magic is lost.
