This amulet has a sapphire inlaid, which seems to house a terrible storm inside. As an action, you can speak its command word to make a cloud leave the sapphire and form under your feet. You need to concentrate on this cloud like on a spell (see Concentration under Duration for Spells in the Basic Rules for further information on what that means).
While you are concentrating on this effect, you cannot concentrate on spells, thus ending any spell you've been concentrating on prior to using this magic item, also you gain a flying speed of 90ft while this magic item is in effect. (Encumberance and effects reducing your speed still apply as usual)
If you lose concentration, cast a spell, attack, are incapacitated or paralyzed, or the amulet is moved further than 1 feet away from your body, the cloud dissipates, making you lose your flying speed and you start Falling. You can voluntarily choose to end concentration on this effect at any given time, subjecting you to Falling if you aren't already on the ground.
