Amulet of the Voice

An amulet of simple appearance, usually made of bronze or silver, depicting a face with an open mouth.  When a charge is used the wearer can "throw" their voice to a point of their choosing within line of sight up to 30' away.  The wearer can converse normally from a hidden position, their voice coming from the point they chose.  Additionally, the location of their voice can be moved using a bonus action.  The effect is ended early if the area is targeted with a Dispel Magic spell, falls within the area of a silence spell or if the user wishes to end it or the duration expires.
