Wondrous Item, very rare
This small, pink Pellet is usually shot using a blowgun. On a hit the Pellet does no damage but is absorbed through the skin. When using the Aggma Pellet in this way, the user gains advantage when targeting a friendly creature.
Can be shot at a target and on a hit, the target rolls a d20 then adds their constitution modifier. If the target rolls greater than 18, then the target recovers 1d10 of its hit points and an extremely sweet taste fills their mouth for 1d6 hours. If the target rolls less than 18, then they recover 1 hit point and an extremely sweet taste fills their mouth for 1d4 hours. If the target rolls less than 10, then the sweet taste is so overwhelming that they can not go to sleep-even by magical means-for 1d12 hours.
