This tome contains information and incantations necessary to make animated armor, helmed horrors, and stone golems.
To create animated armor, you must be capable of casting at least (2) 3rd level spells. The creation process takes 1 week, working without interruption with the manual at hand and resting no more than 8 hours per day. You must also pay 4,000 gp to purchase supplies, plus the cost of the armor to be animated. Once animated it is under your control, and it understands and obeys your spoken commands. You may only have one animated armor under your command at any time.
To create a helmed horror, you must be capable of casting at least (2) 4th level spells. The creation process takes 1 month, working without interruption with the manual at hand and resting no more than 8 hours per day. You must also pay 20,000 gp to purchase supplies, plus the cost of the armor to be animated. Because it is imbued with intelligence, creating a helmed horror also requires the sacrifice of a sentient being. Once animated it is under your control, and it understands and obeys your spoken commands. You may only have one helmed horror under your command at any time.
To create a stone golem, you must be capable of casting at least (2) 5th level spells. The creation process takes 90 days, working without interruption with the manual at hand and resting no more than 8 hours per day. You must also pay 80,000 gp to purchase supplies. Once animated it is under your control, and it understands and obeys your spoken commands. You may only have one golem under your command at any time.
