Arcane Waystone

As an action, you can cause this chunk of garnet to shatter and create a spiraling portal of garnet dust, connecting your current location to the permanent teleportation circle bound to the waystone. The shimmering portal opens within 10 feet of you and remains open until the end of your next turn. After the portal closes the waystone reverts back into a chunk and appears in your hand.  Once the waystone is used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.  The waystone doesn't work if the linked teleportation circle is on a different plane of existence.
