Amulet of Breathing

While wearing this amulet you can breathe air but underwater you are unable to breathe, even if you normally could.

Additionally, if you would normally need to be submerged after a certain amount of time to survive while wearing this amulet you ignore that time and can survive permanently on land. If the amulet is removed and you have not been submerged within that period you begin to suffocate.
