Wand, very rare
As your action, you may use this wand to make a ranged attack against one of a creature's limbs or appendages. The attack deals no damage, but on a successful hit the targeted body part becomes unusable until the end of the creature's next turn. This wand has no effect on spheroid or cuboid creatures.
