Ring of the Evoker

While attuned to this ring, you can read 1st and 2nd-level evocation spell scrolls and cast its spell without providing any material components, regardless of whether the spell is on your class list or if you possess the spellcasting or pact magic class feature.

If the evocation spell scroll is a spell of 3rd-level or higher,  you must succeed on a spell casting difficulty check by rolling a d20 plus your Intelligence or Wisdom modifier (whichever is higher). The DC equals 10 + the spell’s level. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no other effect.
