Amulet of the Elements

Activating this amulet causes it to glow in a colour determined by its elemental infusion, imbuing your next attack with elemental power. As a bonus action, speak the command word. The next time you hit with an attack within 1 minute, the attack deals 1d6 extra damage of a type determined by its infusion. Each time you make an attack until you hit, your eyes glow with the same colour as the amulet. The amulet has a maximum of 5 charges, regaining 1d4+1 charges every day at dawn.
