Wondrous Item, very rare
This stone once belonged to a great wizard. This stone was a way to portal any size creature to any plane. It was thought to be lost and a few gods are after it. this item is small glowing and red. The glows can only be hidden by magical darkness, or in a lead box. The wizard was the last mortal known touch it everyone else who touched it has been teleported somewhere.
