Firebrand Horn

You can use an action to blow the horn, which emits a fiery blast in a 10-foot cone. Each creature in the cone takes 1d8 fire damage.

Each use of the horn's magic has a 10 percent chance of causing the horn to explode. The explosion deals 10d6 fire damage in a 10ft radius of the blower.
