To use this amulet, you must have two free hands. To activate, touch one hand on the amulet and the other on the target. The target MUST be contracted by the patron to use.
Using the amulet and not a spell slot, cast polymorph on the target, turning them into any CR0 creature. The target will stay as this creature forever, unless the abilities below are used.
Once a target is polymorphed, their spiritual essence resides in the amulet. The user may use a spiritual essence to alter their form into the person. This transformation is not an illusion, but a true physical form. This transformation lasts for 1 hour and can be used once per day.
Every time a transformation is used, the polymorphed target can make a DC16 CHA saving throw to regain their spiritual essence and transform back. The DC reduces by 2 every time the transformation is used.
Notes: This amulet holds a large sapphire, lined in silver and hung on a small silver chain. When used, the ruby will slightly glow.
