Amulet of the Smart Ass

This amulet is a carved, grinning pyrite donkey suspended on a thin leather necklace. When an attuned creature sees a critical hit dealt to a creature within 60 feet of it, they can use their reaction to cast vicious mockery (DC 15) on the recipient of the critical hit. This amulet has three charges, a charge is expended when this feature is used, and it regains 1d3 charges every day at dawn. Attunement to the amulet also causes the wearer to spontaneously grow a luxurious mustache and all creatures with INT greater than 12 are magically compelled to comment on it when meeting the wearer for the first time.
