A blade of pure black metal that seems to almost shift and move as you peer upon it. The metalwork is peerless, and on every inch of the blade there is an intricate depiction of some grand battle. This blade is cold to the touch, and no amount of heat from any forge can warm it.
During the Great Destruction, Dame Arcadia is said to have been the most devout of the Raven Queen. She waded into battle with steel and mournful spell, her raven black hair and armor an ill omen for all that followed the Dark Gods.
You have +3 to attack and damage rolls while using this weapon.
While wielding this weapon, you gain Advantage on Death Saving Throws.
Any time you deal damage to an undead creature with this weapon, add an additional 2d6 Radiant damage to the attack.
Due to this weapon's size, the bearer of this weapon may use both hands to wield it. Using it this way, the wielder may still use Dexterity instead of Strength.
Any source of light, nonmagical or magical, within 20ft of the bearer is extinguished.
The Dark Lady's Command
This weapon holds one charge deep within the metalwork. As an action, the bearer may use this charge against an undead creature in attempts of severing the soul permanently from the body. Any undead of CR4 or below are immediately destroyed. CR5-8 must make a Charisma Saving Throw, DC 20, or be destroyed. CR9+ make this throw at advantage. This singular charges resets at dawn, though the bearer must be within a graveyard or temple sanctified by the Raven Queen's power to recharge the weapon.
There is an inscription on the blade that only reveals itself once attuned to the bearer.
Drive thy purpose as steel through the rotting hearts of the imprisoned. Let all hear the dirge of this blessed blade.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
