This medallion hangs around a thin silver chain appearing to be a fixed obsidian gem. But, when worn by a chromatic dragonborn, it swirls with prismatic energy. When worn by any other race, this necklace grants no magical abilities and appears to be nothing more than a fine necklace.
The medallion is charged with a bonus action, allowing the wearer one chromatic [attack]breathweapon[/attack] in the color of your choosing. The necklace holds one charge and automatically recharges after a long rest.
