An Endless Bag of Salt

Once you have this item you have an endless supply of salt. This bag always contains 5 Ibs of salt and regardless of how much salt you use it always weighs 5 Ibs. This item also gives you the ability to literally rub salt in an enemies wound once they are below half health (aka bloodied) as a bonus action. This doesn't do any additional damage, it's just genuinely considered a dick move
