Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Must be a Warlock and you must remove your right arm to attune to the item)
The Artificial Right Arm of Chaos replaces the character's right arm. It adds +1 to all abilities but takes -2 off Charisma unless covered or partially covered. The only weapon you can use with the Artificial Right Arm of Chaos is the Rod of Chaos.
Notes: Must be a Warlock and you must remove your right arm to attune to the item
