At 11th level the wearer who suffers from Cursed Telepathy can spend 2 weeks connecting their mind and thoughts to it. Charge last 1 hour and can then use the amulet to convey thought. For that hour the Cursed Telepathy is nulled. Disadvantage on Deception rolls is negated. Charge can be used as an action bonus action or if not in combat instantaneous.
